Because they used spring chicken, the meat is juicier and absorbed the unique marination and smoking process better.
I really love the buttery and smoky combination of the meat, it tastes even better when paired with the Alabama white sauce.

But it’s a good thing I was able to try their cheesecakes. The blueberry- and raspberry-topped cheesecake sent me to dessert heaven. They look like a mini but they’re like cheese bombs that explode in your mouth. This is one thing I don’t want to share hahaha
